How to order?

    ♦ Enter billing and delivery information.
    ♦ Select payment method and appropriate delivery fee based on the delivery address.
    ♦ We accept payment with credit cards via PayPal, FPS, and Bank Transfer.
  3. Order placed
    ♦ When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email with you order number and details, your order will be in processing status once payment is made.

I would like to enquire about plant purchase, office plant rental, garden maintenance, tree pruning service etc. how should I contact?

What is your delivery time?
  • Mon-Sun 9am- 6pm. We will call to arrange AM or PM timeslot prior, delay may occur depending on traffic. If there are special request on the timeslot, we will confirm charges with you after placing the order.
How to cancel/revise my order?
  • All orders shall not be varied or cancelled upon payment settlement unless items are sold out.
How to return or exchange if the products are found damaged?
  • If the products you received have quality issues, please send email to: ch@chunhinggarden.com  or WhatsApp: +852 92169788 with your order no. and pictures of your product within the day of receipt. We will have the right to determine product exchange is possible based on our professionalism. Products cannot be returned/refunded for non-quality reasons.
  • If there is any dispute, we reserves the right of final decision.
