SHIPPING & DELIVERY

* Should any dispute arise, the decision of Chun Hing Gardening & Landscaping Ltd. shall be final and conclusive.

1. All plants come with brown plastic pots (pots in photos for reference only), other pots can be ordered through the “Pots” category.
2. Photos for reference only, actual product delivered will be considered as final.
3. Delivery will be made within 7-10 days after order has been made, depending on stock availability.
4. Free delivery to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon for order HK$1,500 or above, HK$250 extra delivery fee will be charged for order under HK$1,500.
5. For New Territories, Sai Kung & Tseung Kwan O, delivery will only be made for order HK$2,500 or above, and extra delivery charge of HK$350 applies to these areas.
6. No delivery can be made for Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Lantau Island and other Islands.
7. For extra fees on walking up/down stairs, please contact us for details.
8. Any payments made are non-refundable.
9. Please contact us 48 hours prior for any changes with purchased items or delivery date, extra admin charge of HK$250 will be applied for any late requests. This also applies if no one to receive delivery on the day and require re-delivery.
