X’mas Tree Recycle collection date: 27 Dec 2024 – 12 Jan 2025
(Recycle fee charged separately after X’mas, please refer to “Shipping & Delivery”)

* Should any dispute arise, the decision of Chun Hing Gardening & Landscaping Ltd. shall be final and conclusive.

1. Orders will be processed and confirmed after full payment is made, any orders without full payment will not be considered processed.
2. Any payments made are non-refundable.
3. Photos for reference only, actual product delivered will be considered as final.
4. Each X’mas tree comes with a high-quality plastic tree stand and is set up prior delivery. Recycle fee is not included, please refer to Shipping & Delivery for recycle fee and arrange after X’mas.
5. Extra delivery charges of $250 for orders under HK$1,000. Walking up/down stairs, delivery charge for special locations please refer to “Shipping & Delivery” and will be calculated at Checkout.
6. For X’mas trees over 10ft., please contact us to quote for delivery, stairs and recycling fee.
7. Tree sizes are measured from the trunk bottom to the top, we cannot guarantee any preference in height and shape, they will be within the range of your ordered size i.e. 6′-7′ – the total height will be within 6-7 feet.
8. Please contact us for other areas that are not listed in Shipping & Delivery.
9. Please note that every tree may vary in look, shape, size and lifespan, since they are cut from the US and shipped to Hong Kong. We can only exchange under the condition where the treetop is broken and/or minimum 2 no. of branch gap size with over 10″X10″ and depending on the availability of trees.
10. Please contact us 48 hours prior for any changes with purchased items or delivery date, extra admin charge of HK$250 will be applied for any late requests.
11. If no one receives delivery on the day and requires re-delivery – $250 re-delivery fee for 2-3ft to 7-8ft tree; $400 for 8-9ft to 9-10ft; 10ft or above TBD.
